Homemade Cinnamon Rolls with a Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

- Warm water - Nonfat dry milk - Dry yeast - Sugar - Salt - Butter - Egg - Flour - Brown sugar - Cinnamon

Combine water and milk powder with electric mixer until milk dissolves. Add yeast and then sugar, salt, butter, egg, and 2 cups of flour.

Add 2 more cups off lour, mix on low speed just until ingredients are wet, then on medium speed for 2 minutes.

Add about 1/2 cup flour and mix again, by hand or mixer. Dough should be soft, not overly sticky, and not stiff. It is not necessary to use the entire amount of flour.
