- flour - baking powder - sugar - salt - butter (cold!) - blueberries (dried or fresh) - buttermilk Glaze - butter (melted) - lemon juice - vanilla
Biscuits 1. Mix the dry ingredients.
2. Cut the cold butter into the dry ingredients.
3. Stir in blueberries and buttermilk.
4. Pat to 1″ thick on a floured surface. Cut into circles.
5. Place biscuits on a greased baking sheet.
