Green Bean Artichoke Casserole Recipe

- green beans - yellow onion - white mushrooms - mushroom soup - ranch mix - salt

Trim green beans and boil in 4-5 cups water for about 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.

Step 1

Dice or slice the onion and add to a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.

Sauté for 5 minutes until softened.

Add mushrooms and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.

Mix the green beans, onion, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, milk, ranch mix, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
