Pumpkin Pecan Cheesecake Recipe

Enjoy this delicious recipe for a pumpkin pecan cheesecake with homemade pumpkin butter!   You’ll never eat plain pumpkin pie or pecan pie again!

It’s the perfect dessert for a fall party or Thanksgiving dinner. 

Ingredients

- homemade pumpkin   butter - brown sugar - cream cheese - pecans - eggs

Make homemade pumpkin butter on the stove with pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, and more!

Allow to thicken then use for pie!

Step 1

Combine pecans, brown sugar, and butter in a small bowl for the topping.

Set aside for after baking the cheesecake.

Step 2

In a larger bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer on high until smooth.

Step 3

Add 1/3 cup brown sugar and beat well. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well after egg is added.

Step 4

Stir in pumpkin butter, then pour mixture into crust.

Bake for 40 minutes, then sprinkle pecan mixture on top. Bake another 5 minutes. Cool, then chill for 4 hours.
