Green Bean Artichoke Casserole Recipe

- green beans - artichoke hearts - mushrooms - cream of mushroom soup - yellow onion - ranch mix - fried crunch onions

Trim and boil green beans for 5 minutes (if purchased fresh).

Step 1

Saute onion in a skillet, then add mushrooms and artichoke hearts.

Step 2

Place in casserole dish with green beans. Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, ranch mix, salt, pepper, and 1 cup of crunchy onions.

Step 3

Gently mix together, then bake for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Add remainder of onions to the top, then bake for another 5 minutes.
