We Are Reverent (Children’s #27b)

Lesson
- This week, we are studying the Psalms, which were songs or prayers. Some are said to be written by King David, but we don’t know the other authors.
- The Savior quoted them often when He was on the earth.
- We get to see what the ancient people felt about God, what they worried about, and how they found peace.
- What does this verse of a Psalm tell us?
- How does being still help us get to know God? This is tied to reverence.
- Where and when can we be still? (Church, prayers, FHE, etc)
Activity
Have a contest to see who can sit still the longest.

Try the Marshmallow Test
