Family Home Evening for Come Follow Me 8/9 for Kids

Make half regular Rice Krispie treats and half Cocoa Krispies treats, then press them side by side in one pan. Cut them into squares so each piece has both sides. (War between good vs. evil.)

Please don’t feel as though you have to use every single question, journal entry, or activity. Just make sure you look at the activity in advance so you can gather any materials they may require.
Here is a general outline for each devotional for Come Follow Me 8/9:
- Start by singing the song together and saying a prayer.

- Copy the journal entries into a spiral notebook. The child or the parent can write the question at the top, after which the child can write or draw an answer.

- Why should the Lord be our judge?
- Sometimes people have arguments over things that don’t matter as much, like a toy or whose turn it is. How can you “follow after the things which make for peace” when that happens?
