Hey everyone, it’s Sara with another delicious recipe that my family – including my one year old daughter – absolutely loves! This one is for Malt-O-Meal muffins, but mine have a few extra ingredients.
We really enjoy having these Malt-O-Meal muffins alongside this Chia Seed Pudding for breakfast. They also make a really great snack, just like my homemade Healthy Homemade Chewy Granola Bars.
For the most part, I followed the recipe on the back of the Malt-O-Meal box to make these muffins, but then I decided to jazz it up by adding some chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
They were so good, they tasted like I had made them from scratch! (And I know, because I make these Pumpkin Carrot Zucchini Chocolate Chip Muffins that way.)
