The Bible tells us that the Savior of the World grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man. This provides a pattern for all of us to follow as we work to grow in each of those same areas: wisdom (intellectual), stature (physical), favor with God (spiritual), and favor with man (social).
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints released a new program for Primary children and youth which focuses on these four areas. We have a great free printable for kids to write their goals and hang it on the wall.
We realized, though, that adults want to be able to have that same growth! So we created this free personal development workbook. To get it, just sign up for our weekly newsletter and it will be emailed to you!
Free Christian Personal Development Workbook
Society today has made great strides in helping women become confident in themselves and in appreciating their individal unique talents and characteristics. At the same time, however, women of God nurture desires to become more like Him, and that includes recognizing their own imperfections.
We often confuse confidence with pride. Pride is not thinking well of oneself – pride is thinking that one is better than others. A confident woman does not think she is better than others, but she recognizes her talents and strengths. A woman can (and should) be confident in what she does well, but humble enough to recognize any weaknesses. She looks forward with hope and deliberately works to improve herself.
This free personal development workbook will walk you through the steps of discovering, planning, acting, and reflecting on goals in each of the four areas.
