Ranch Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients for Ranch Pork Chops
- 1 c chicken broth
- 3.5 lb pork roast (defrosted and thickly sliced into chops) or pork chops
- 5 tbsp ranch seasoning (or 2.5 packets)
- 1.5 cans cream of chicken soup
Directions for Ranch Pork Chops
Cook pork chops, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth in instant pot for 15 minutes per lb of pork.
If you want, you can use this beef broth substitute in place of the chicken broth.
Shred pork.
Add cream of mushroom soup.
Let warm through.
Serve over mashed potatoes (scroll down for recipe).

Ingredients for Mashed Potatoes
- 5 lbs potatoes
- 5 tbsp butter
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1.5 c warm milk
- 1 tbsp salt
- Fresh cracked pepper
Directions for Mashed Potatoes
Boil potatoes for 10-12 or until fork tender.
Drain water.
Use an electric hand or stand mixer on low to mash the potatoes.
Add butter, Parmesan, garlic, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir together. Serve with Ranch Pork Chops.
