Hey guys! Sara, here with a delicious recipe for No-Bake Nutella Cheesecake with Oreo Crust!

As you may or may not know from other recipes I’ve posted here, I LOVE NUTELLA! (Especially this Nutella Coconut Popcorn).

It’s my favorite snack (if you haven’t tried Nutella with grapes, you aren’t living your best life), breakfast (oops), and especially dessert! So today, I’m sharing with you one of my all-time favorite Nutella desserts!

My husband makes this for me for Valentine’s Day and my birthday every year, and many more times in between. It’s vibrant and decadent, so it’s perfect for when I feel truly indulgent or need that chocolate fix! I know you’ll enjoy it just as much as I do!!

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 35 Oreos (3 cups |403g Oreo crumbs)—get them cheap and easy on Amazon!
  • 5 tbsp (70g) butter, melted (salted or unsalted is fine)

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese, room temperature
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 (13 ounce) jar chocolate-hazelnut spread, such as Nutella
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Preparing the crust

To create a delicious Nutella cheesecake, start by preparing the crust. Add the Oreos to a food processor or blender and grind into fine crumbs. You do not need to remove the filling from the Oreos. Add the Oreo cookie crumbs back to a bowl and combine with the melted butter.

If you have extra Oreos, you can use them to make this oreo dip.

Pour the Oreo mixture into your pie pan or springform pan (I like to grease mine to ensure no sticking) and press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form an even layer on the bottom and up the sides.

If the crust seems to difficult to make, you can use this chocolate graham cracker crust instead.

Chill the Crust

IMPORTANT!!! Refrigerate it for 30 minutes before adding your filling.

Prepare the Filling

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese mixture and sugar until smooth and creamy.

Add the Nutella, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt, mixing until fully incorporated.

If you don’t love Nutella, then give this Chocolate Pie witth Jello Pudding a try.

Fill the Crust

Pour the filling over the chilled crust, spreading it out evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Create Swirls

Drizzle additional Nutella over the top of the cheesecake and use a knife to create a swirl pattern.

Chill the Cheesecake

Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow it to set properly.

Garnish and Serve

Slice into even pieces – the Nutella cheesecake top will be thick and rich, so make and serve them in thin slices!!

You can add Cool Whip to the top or garnish with chopped hazelnuts or a dusting of cocoa powder for an extra touch of indulgence, and my husband loves to sprinkle mini chocolate chips on his as well!

Enjoy your No-Bake Nutella Cheesecake with Oreo Crust!

  1. Could you please clarify? The instructions have you adding sugar at two different times, once to the cream cheese and then with the other ingredients. Also, you call for whipping heavy cream, which isn’t in the ingredient list, can you please clarify how much one should use? Excited to try this!!

    1. Thanks for pointing out the discrepancies! It has now been updated to be correct both in the instructions and the recipe card. Hope you enjoy!
