We live in Houston, and the summers get hot at this time of year. We try to send the kids outside to play, but even at 8 am, it’s too hot and humid! They always want to go to the splash pad or the pool, but with Tiffany’s Crohn’s disease, she’s not always able to do that.

Homemade popsicles are a great way to keep kids cool when they’re outdoors (and it minimizes the mess). You can also get them involved with actually making them! And while they’re freezing, your kids can have fun with this popsicle template!
